Laundry Day!
I was treated to some traditional dancing on my last day in Tanzania.
There are the obvious negatives of being indigent like the having no job, no income and no insurance.
However, if everything works out tomorrow as it should, being indigent will also allow me to get good malaria medicine for only $10/month! Thank you GlaxoSmithKline!
- Concrete EVERYWHERE
- Planned roads, neighborhoords, and towns
- Roads (all paved) that go above and below one another!
- Immediate HOT water! I am lucky to have it available in Tanzania but I didnt even have to wait for the water heater here!
- The internet is FAST!
- The power has not gone out even once yet!
The Goodbye Song - The song I had been fearing for months before departing. And yet, the least emotional song of the day as the other songs performed were just learned and sang for my departure.
Airport Photos
1 - Nairob, Kenya. They dont mess around with the cigarette warnings!
2 - 5 - Paris, France. Play Station 3 kiosks
3 - Paris, France. Free WiFi too!
4 - Paris, France. Sweet chairs! Every single person on these chairs was sleeping!
5 - I was in Paris, France! I had to get a croissant and hot chocolate (my throat was sore). I will need to adjust some…for the same price, my Peace Corps friends could eat for a week. :(
